Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request it within 14 days of your purchase
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • You were charged in error (duplicate charges, wrong amount, etc.)
  • The service was significantly different from what was advertised

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Requests after 14 days
Used premium features extensively
Account banned for violations
Virtual currency or credits spent

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After this period, you can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

You may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of your annual subscription. After 30 days, cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. 2 Include your account email and the reason for your refund request
  3. 3 Provide any relevant transaction IDs or receipts
  4. 4 Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.

Important Note

We process payments through Paddle, our payment provider. In some cases, refund requests may need to be processed directly by Paddle. We will guide you through the process if needed.
